Programm vor Ort und Online
The Open House provides insights into the classes, studios and workshops of the University of Applied Arts Vienna and enables a direct exchange with students and teachers about the diverse range of studies. The next Open House will take place in autumn 2023 – meanwhile please get in contact with the departments directly in order to get information about the respective studies or with the department for study affairs for general information.

VISIT US – INFOPOINT AT VORDERE ZOLLAMTSSTRASSE 7
The Open Studios of the departments can be visited from 10 am to 6 pm. Students and teachers will be there to answer questions about studying and everyday life at the university. Away from the Open Studios, an additional information program is offered.
At the Infopoint in Vordere Zollamtsstraße, students provide information and give a brief overview of the Angewandte hourly. At 10 am and 2 pm, Bernhard Kernegger (Vice Rector for Teaching and Development) will give an informational lecture about the study programmes.
Guided tours by students to the central locations of the Angewandte also begin there:
Meeting point for all tours is the Infopoint at Vordere Zollamtsstraße 7. For those who are unable to visit on site, online talks are offered. All Zoom dates and links can be found in the program or in the information about the studies.

The locations at Oskar-Kokoschka-Platz, Vordere Zollamtsstraße, Georg-Coch-Platz and Postgasse are within walking distance from each other. A shuttle runs to Paulusplatz as well as Salzgries at regular intervals. The bus departs from the Vordere Zollamtsstraße parking backyard and returns there (max. 20 people).
